Yoga & Wellness

Events in Arkansas —

The Natural State

We create and host intimate, first-class retreats on the water and in the mountains, where yoga, meditation, somatic practice, science-backed tools, and contemplative teaching come together to nurture whole-person wellbeing. Rooted in the distinctive landscapes of Arkansas, our events invite participants to slow down, come home to their bodies, and remember their belonging to the land and to community.

Meet Your Founders —

Krista DeBuhr and Mary Fennel

Krista DeBuhr and Mary Fennel are the producers of YOTM. Krista founded the event in 2014. The Arkansas yoga community was really coming to life, and she hoped to unite the yoga teachers and students to keep the momentum going.

Together, they founded Wellness on the Water (WOTW) in 2024, desiring to expand their focus to reach all people desiring to experience wellness beyond yoga—through community, education, movement, and shared time in nature.

Krista is a health coach, yoga teacher, and personal trainer, and welcomes new clients.  Mary is an artist.
