Wellness on the Water

Wellness on the Water is a Friday afternoon–Sunday retreat held each May at DeGray Lake Resort State Park. Rooted in nature, science-informed practice, and community, the event blends yoga, outdoor adventure, meditation, music, and education in both indoor and lakeside spaces. Designed for beginners, experienced practitioners, wellness enthusiasts, and those in mid-life or beyond, it welcomes participants from across the region to experience connection, joy, and wellbeing—without striving for perfection.

Who Is This For?
